Accepted payments include: major credit cards, debit cards, health savings accounts (HSA), flex spending accounts (FSA), and Ecclesiastical/Bishop Pay for payment.

We accept Select Health, Optum, UnitedHealthcare UHC | UBH insurance and we are an Out of Network provider.

If you receive Out of Network (OON) benefits from your insurance, we can provide a super bill (a receipt for services rendered and payed for) for you to request potential reimbursement from your insurance provider.

In order to protect everyone’s time, there is a strict 48-business hour cancellation policy.

If cancellation is outside of this window, full payment for the session time will be required.

A credit card is required to hold an appointment for all clients.

Full payment is expected at the time of service.
